Shinsei Taiso Do Level 1 Training Concludes at Bardilona Artists Retreat​

Nelspruit, South Africa - The second Shinsei Taiso Do Level 1 training session for 2025 was successfully held on November 29 and 30 at the Bardilona Artists Retreat in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, South Africa. The two-day workshop, designed to deepen participants' understanding of Shinsei Taiso Do principles, drew attendees from various backgrounds.

Led by the founder and mentor of Shinsei Taiso Do Dr John Francis.The training focused on practical applications of Shinsei Taiso Do, fostering a supportive environment for growth and learning. The scenic Bardilona Artists Retreat provided an ideal setting for participants to explore their potential and connect with like-minded individuals.
