Spirit and Enlightenment
Shinsei Taiso Senior Master, Level - 5
The Space Element, also called the Void (Ether), is the highest level of Shinsei Taiso Do practice. It represents the silent awareness that holds all other elements — the field of consciousness where stillness and movement coexist. In this stage, the practitioner experiences deep meditation, inner peace, and unity with all life. Space practice refines intuition, clarity, and presence — bringing the realization that true transformation arises not from effort, but from awareness itself.
Expanded Consciousness - Deepens meditation, awareness, and connection to the higher self or universal consciousness.
Inner Silence and Clarity - Cultivates spacious awareness where insight, peace, and intuitive wisdom naturally arise
Integration of All Elements - Harmonizes the previous four elements into a unified flow of body, mind, and spirit — the embodiment of Shinsei’s natural way.
